Hayley Bay Barna is a Venture Partner at First Round Capital and entrepreneur known for co-founding Birchbox 鈥� a beauty box company and leader in the subscription business model. After graduating from Harvard Business School, Barna was Birchbox鈥檚 co-CEO for five years, overseeing marketing, operations and strategy for the company, as well as raising over $70 million in venture capital. Hayley has been recognized as one of Fast Company鈥檚 鈥淢ost Creative People in Business,鈥� 贵辞谤迟耻苍别鈥檚 鈥�40 Under 40鈥� and Ad Age鈥檚 鈥淲omen to Watch,鈥� among other honors. Barna was a 2001 STS finalist and serves on the 色色视频 Board of Trustees.
